I just wanted to tell you that Brad has been great. Not only does he have great computer skills but his customer service skills are really good too. A combination that I have only ever found with your company Complete Systems. Brad always lets me know what he's doing to my computer and gives me an idea of how long it will take and then says...go get a coffee, I'll leave you a note on your screen or call you when I'm done. And I come back to either a phone message or note on my screen. It may seem small, but doing what you say you will seems like a big deal these days.
